Alex Irwin

Alex Irwin serves as Chief Financial Officer for Highline Real Estate Partners. He is responsible for accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, tax and systems. Alex has over 14 years of experience building and leading finance teams with significant operating scale and complexity. Prior to joining Highline Real Estate Partners, Alex was Partner and Vice President of Accounting for a $2.5B multi-family real estate investment firm with over 900 investors based in Dayton Ohio. In his role he led the accounting department, investor relations, M&A, tax planning and financial analysis. He began his career with KPMG in New York City and Atlanta, GA where he was responsible for large scale audits primarily serving Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. 

Alex holds his BS from Auburn University and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
