ANDREW WALKER

Andrew Walker serves as Vice President, Investments for Storage Partners and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and capitalizing new investments across real estate asset classes. Prior to joining Highline, Andrew was Vice President of Applied Market Research at Regions Bank (NYSE: RF), where he conducted research and analytics for the management of a $50 billion-dollar real estate credit portfolio. In that role, he advised senior leadership, lenders, and clients on strategic growth initiatives, underwriting procedures, and identifying market-specific opportunities and risks across multiple asset classes. Prior to Regions, Andrew was an associate with a regional real estate developer in Nashville, TN. He has extensive experience with multifamily, single family, office, retail, and industrial real estate.

Andrew holds his BA from the University of Tennessee and his MBA from Vanderbilt University.
