Chad Peterson

Chad Peterson is the Corporate Controller for Highline Storage Partners, LLC (HSP). Chad’s primary responsibilities include strategic oversight of the financial statements, P&L and cashflow management, business analytics and development of ongoing reporting with actionable commentary. As part of those duties, Chad focuses on streamlining the business and financial operations of Highline to allow the business to scale efficiently with growth. He also performs financial due diligence for new acquisitions and conducts the post-transaction performance review of acquired assets.

Prior to joining HSP, Chad spent 12 years as a managing consultant for Deloitte and Navigant Consulting, focused on real estate, healthcare, manufacturing and entertainment industries. As a Senior Director, Chad was responsible for managing and delivering high impact and fast paced projects related to acquisitions, pre-transaction due diligence, financial modeling, and business valuations. Chad started his career in public accounting working with small to medium sized business owners and spent 5 years as a software developer.

Chad holds a BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Georgia. Chad holds active CPA license in the state of Georgia. He has been married for 7 years and has 3 children and 2 dogs.
