Daniel Grass

Daniel Grass is the Vice President of Acquisitions for Highline Storage Partners, LLC (HSP). Daniel’s primary responsibilities include managing the acquisitions and development pipeline, transaction underwriting, due diligence, financial analysis, deal structuring, asset level investment strategy, and alignment of debt strategy.  Daniel also plays a key role in integrating the acquisition strategy with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired assets and the execution of asset level business strategies. 

  Prior to joining RRB, Daniel worked in real estate investment sales with Calkain Companies and Bull Realty and was involved in over $100 million in investment transactions across multiple real estate classes including retail, single tenant net lease, and office.  Daniel was primarily focused on financial and valuation analysis, transactional management, developing offering memoranda, demographic and market analysis and business development.  Daniel also provided consulting services to real estate investors and business owners to help maximize the profitability of their investments. 

Daniel holds a BS in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia where he was a 4-time varsity letterman on the track team in the 800m run, 1,500m run and 4x400 relay. Daniel is recently married and learning his new bride’s native language of Portuguese.
