Gilbert Orr

Gilbert Orr is an Acquisitions Analyst for Highline Storage Partners, LLC (HSP). Gilbert’s primary responsibilities include maintaining the acquisitions and development pipeline, market research, transaction underwriting, and due diligence. Gilbert’s background in sales supports the acquisitions team’s endeavors through aiding the team in implementing and maintaining best practices in the acquisition funnel and communication with owners, sellers and brokers in order to source deal opportunities.

Prior to joining Highline Storage Partners, Gilbert worked in sales at Gather Technologies selling software solutions for event management and corporate events where his sales contracts resulted in adding the most Annual Recurring Revenue in the company’s history. Prior to Gather, Gilbert got his first taste of entrepreneurship by managing the opening of a new food truck concept which included overseeing the permitting, vendor sourcing, employee hiring/training, general management and customer service for their flagship location in Underground Atlanta.

Gilbert holds a BS in Communications Studies from the University of Tennessee where he was involved with SGA and Student Judicial and Disciplinary board. Gilbert worked for 7 summers at YMCA-Camp High Harbour at Lake Burton Northeast Georgia where he held various leadership roles including program director for three years. Gilbert enjoys cooking on his Big Green Egg and is passionate about Tennessee Football.
