Jackie Williams

Jackie Williams is a District Manager for Highline Storage Partners, bringing over 35 years of customer service and leadership experience.

Prior to joining Highline Storage Partners in January 2021, Jackie began her career with Prompt Loans, Inc., where she spent a little over 18 years advancing from Customer Service Representative to Manager, leading teams responsible for revenue growth, collections, and overall operational performance. She started with Highline Storage Partners as a Property Manager, was promoted to Area Manager, and earned her current role as District Manager in February 2026.

Today, Jackie oversees the overall performance, leadership, and operational execution of self-storage properties across South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina, providing direct supervision and coaching to Property Managers to ensure strong occupancy, revenue, customer service, and expense control.

Outside of work, Jackie has been married to her husband, Al, for 34 years. Together, they share four children and seven grandchildren. She enjoys decorating, DIY projects, and spending time with her grandkids.
