Jayme Connor

Jayme Connor is a District Manager for USA Storage Centers. Jayme supervises the Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee properties. Jayme's primary responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members, leading and developing a team of Area Managers for a continually growing region, assisting with property and company projects, completing property site visits and audits, and managing controllable expenses to provide the highest R.O.I for each property.

Prior to joining Highline Storage Partners in 2024, Jayme had 12 years of self-storage experience at Life Storage, LLC. During this time, she excelled in her leadership skills, focusing on sales, mentoring, coaching, third-party management, and acquisitions. Jayme remained with Life Storage until its merger with Extra Space in 2023. She then remained with one of their third-party management operators, The Storage Center, where she was responsible for day-to-day operations, training district managers, streamlining policies and procedures, implementing new programs, and onboarding new properties.

Jayme was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and currently resides outside of Baton Rouge with her son and their farm animals.
