Jessika Nelson-Woynicz is the Development Manager for Highline Storage Partners, LLC (HSP). Jessika’s primary responsibilities include managing the ground-up project cycle, development process, zoning, entitlements, and the overall project consultant and contractor coordination. She uses her experience in development and design to implement organizational strategies and workflow for new construction deals.
Prior to Highline SP, Jessika developed over $1 Billion and over 2 Million square feet in ground-up multifamily development projects at Mill Creek Residential, overseeing construction, leasing and brokerage for retail, and the community stabilization process. Jessika helped expand to new markets, such as Nashville, TN, while maintaining the pre-development of several pipeline deals in the Atlanta market. She also maintains her architecture license in the state of Georgia.
Jessika graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Industrial Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University, now Kennesaw State University. She has participated in local Real Estate Organizations such as the Urban Land Institute and has been recognized for her service to the American Institute of Architects Board of Directors and the Georgia Architecture Foundation Executive Board. Outside of the office, Jessika enjoys traveling, spending time with family, gardening, and a complex home renovation project.
