Latoya Robertson

Latoya Robertson serves as the District Manager at Highline, where she oversees property operations across North Alabama and Tennessee. She began her career with Highline as a Property Manager and, through her strong leadership and results-driven approach, advanced to Area Manager and ultimately District Manager. Latoya is passionate about developing high-performing teams and elevating operational excellence at every property under her support.

Before joining Highline, Latoya gained 15 years of experience in healthcare after studying Nursing, followed by five years in property management where she advanced from Leasing Manager to Property Manager.

A Louisiana native, Latoya has been married to her husband, Joe, for 14 years. Together, they share a blended family of six children and three grandchildren. In her personal time, she enjoys watching sports, hiking, and crafting.
