Leighan Conti

Leighan Conti is Director of Revenue Management at Highline Storage Partners, LLC (HSP).  She joined HSP after over 20 years of work in the hospitality industry, holding revenue management leadership roles with IHG, Marriott, Mandarin Oriental and Hilton.  During her career in hospitality, she consistently exceeded revenue, market share and employee satisfaction goals.  She has experience in a wide variety of markets, brands, and stages of the property lifecycle. 

Leighan received her undergraduate degree from the Penn State School of Hospitality Management, where she has been recognized with the Emerging Professional Award, and where she served as Keynote Speaker at the school’s Spring 2019 Commencement.  She received her MBA from Georgia State University.  Leighan and her husband Mike reside in Atlanta with their two rescue dogs, Clarke and Cleo.
