Philip Cranmer

Philip Cranmer is the Vice President of Development for Highline Storage Partners, LLC (HSP). Philip’s primary responsibilities include managing the ground up project cycle from concept to completion, including site evaluations, due diligence, entitlement, design, construction, overall project consultant and contractor coordination, for final transition to operations.  Philip plays a key role in integrating the development strategy with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition of newly constructed assets. 

Prior to joining HSP, Philip managed multiple shopping center investment and development projects with The Bishop Company.  During such time he was involved in each phase of the development cycle, including site selection, due diligence, financing, entitlement, design, construction, leasing and brokerage, stabilization, and property management for over $200 million in assets. 

Philip holds a BA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Georgia. Philip is married with 3 children, two of which are twins.
