Trevis Sims

Trevis Sims is the Director of Maintenance for Highline Storage Partners LLC. Trevis' primary responsibility includes overseeing the completion of maintenance and repair projects for the entire portfolio. However, Trevis also participates in the Due Diligence Process by assisting the Acquisition and Construction Department with newly acquired assets and capital expenditures projects. 

Before becoming the Director of Maintenance Trevis was the Maintenance Manager for the Northeastern Georgia region as well as a site manager for multiple properties in Georgia.

Trevis is from Newberry South Carolina and has lived in Georgia for 23 years. Trevis has a bachelor’s in mass communications and Sociology from Claflin University in Orangeburg SC.
